I also an doing the kettlenetics workout. Your right about the weight. I thought that 4 pounds would be way to light to make any difference (I was using hand weights that were 5 pounds for each hand) but since you use the kbell differently - it kicked my butt.
Will be waiting several weeks before I pull out my 8 pounder.
