It isthe miracle making movements,the keyto it is determination. We are determine tokeep persevering through the ups anddowns with a laser like focus andunfaltering will power.

We have got new faces joining and anamiable togetherness as we say goodbye tosome failures. This magazine October 2010is way delayed the release date but here itis with a welcome lift to all of us in boththe confidence and sharing department.Once again we are given the green light tomove forward for days to come.With these turn to events, our members areagain passionate and action‐oriented raisingenthusiasm and noise levels for days tocome, talking animatedly and loudly gettingour views heard. However, as alawys self discipline and hard work are needed alongwith our grand plans and high hopes for thesuccess of Free Libre Open Source Software(FLOSS). As it say, fortune favours the braveand rewards honest effort!The month has brought new conflicts andwe need to balance the gives and takes inour efforts ‐ our need for fight for the causeas opposed to our need to be considerationto others ‐ our need to be demanding asopposed to being cooperative. And we areall those.
