SCHEDULE NO. A-115 FINANSWER EXPRESS PURPOSE:Service under this Schedule is intended to maximize the efficientutilization of the electricity requirements of new and existing loads incommercial buildings and industrial and agricultural facilities through theinstallation of Energy Efficiency Measures. Program services and incentives aresubject to funding availability. APPLICABILITY:To service under the Company's General Service Schedules A-25, A-32, A-33,A-36, AT-47, AT-48, LS-53, LS-58, OL-42, and PA-20 in all territory served bythe Company in the State of California. CUSTOMER PARTICIPATION: Customer participation is voluntary and is initiated by following theparticipation procedures on the California energy efficiency program section ofthe Company Web site. DESCRIPTION:Ongoing program to provide incentives for a variety of equipment locatedin commercial buildings and industrial and agricultural facilities. Periodicprogram changes will be made to insure or enhance program cost-effectiveness asefined by the Company.d
QUALIFYING EQUIPMENT:Equipment which when installed in an eligible facility results inverifiable electric energy efficiency improvement compared to existing equipmentor baseline equipment as determined by the Company. PROVISIONS OF SERVICE
Qualifying equipment and services, incentive amounts, and other termsand conditions will be listed on the California energy efficiencyprogram section of the Company Web site and may be changed by theCompany with at least 45 days notice. Such changes will be prominentlydisplayed on the California energy efficiency program section of theCompany Web site and include a minimum 45 day grace period forprocessing prior offers. 2.
Company may elect to offer incentives through different channels and atdifferent points in the sales process. The differences will depend onthe energy efficiency measure and will be consistent for all measuresof similar type. 3.
Incentives may be offered year-round or for selected time periods. 4.
Equipment or services receiving an incentive under this program are noteligible for incentives under other Company programs and visa versa.
