And the agreementthat was submitted to the Court at the time thepleas were entered was a split sentence with a capof 10 years on the executed portion of the sentence.At that point in time, the State was aware thatMr. Komisarjevsky had entered pleas in Meriden witha cap of five years. And, I believe, according tomy notes,
