Pursuant to the order of the National Mediation Board, dated July 14,1993, ExpressJet Airlines, Inc. ( the “Company”) hereby recognizesthe International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers
covered by this Agreement.B.
Purpose of the Agreement
It is understood and agreed to be the duty of the Company, the
cooperate fully, both individually and collectively, to promote thesafety and continuity of air transportation, to commit to provide thehighest quality of customer service, and to promote and further the

by the Company assigned to domiciles located in the United States,its territories and possessions within the jurisdiction of the Railway
on the System Seniority List in accordance with the terms andconditions of this Agreement.D.
Flight attendants covered by this Agreement will be governedby all reasonable rules, regulations and orders of the Company
this Agreement, the Company retains full and complete rightand power to exercise its reasonable management authority in theoperations of its business. Such management authority includes,but is not limited to, the right to manage and direct the work force,including, but not limited to, the right to hire, promote, demote,transfer, and control operations and to establish and change workschedules and requirements; the right to determine the type of workto be performed and the right to change and introduce differentmethods, equipment, and facilities; the right to determine andchange the number, size and location of domiciles and facilities,
