I started using honey and cinamon and I wanted to know the real cinamon because am using the cinamon which McCormick is selling at the grocery. It's been days yet
though I monitor my sugar level, it goes down a bit.

Its been 4 days now and I have to say I'm very pleased with the results. I have only had 1 pimple since I started and it dissapered much faster than usual. When I used my Basiron for pipmles it would still come more than 1 pimple in 4 days.

I will try this for pimples. I read somewhere that the pimples never comes back. I shall post my results then.

This is not true.
I took honey with cinnamon for 1 month
and I got high sugar around 280 mg/dl.
Please do not try this.
