SENIOR HIGH YOUTH GROUPCHILDREN:Parents, To assist us in serving you and your child’s best interest and safety during the times that you haveentrusted them to our children’s ministry leaders we ask that each week a parent or designated adult register/sign in your child and pick up him/her at the end of class. There will be a check in sheet at the entry point of each classroom. And faith as yourdefault reaction to threats. This DVD study addresses how to fear less and trust more by taking an honesthopeful look at what can happen when fear meets faith. Dr. Carol Bechtel Christians have often beenconfused as to how to appropriate the book of Esther. (Martin Luther said it was “full of pagan naughtiness.”) In this class we well explore some of the ways this book can guidemodern Christians in how to be faithful in the midst of an unfaithful culture. The Rev. Dr.Carol Bechtel is Professor of Old Testament at Western Theological Seminary in Holland,Michigan. She recently served as President of the RCA’s General Synod and moderator of itsGeneral Synod Council. She is author of several books and bible studies.
