FREE SECRET OF THE DAY
Inside secrets on three commonposture problems that can decrease your height
Many people rob themselves of extra height because they fail

to realize that a good postureis essential for maximum

height increase. Correct posture involves more than just

standingstraight and erect. You must train each part of

your body to maintain its proper position. Youmust learn

how to hold your head, your pelvis, and your legs, sit

correctly, walk correctly, plus numerous other do's and

don'ts to assure you of achieving every possible inch of height. There are three common posture problems that can decrease

your height. 1. Tilted Pelvis Problem. The pelvis acts as a lever and

directly influences your posture andstature. When the

pelvis is carried too far forward, the condition is termed

a "tilted pelvis".This condition directly robs you of extra

height and is generally the result of a person withlack of

stomach muscles and who usually has a large stomach. Some

of our special stretchingexercises can strengthen stomach

muscles and remedy this condition. For more informationabout these special stretching exercises--------------------------------------------------------------The height distribution is a more complicated concept than

average height. Strictly speaking, you need to know the

relationship between the height distribution and its

correspondingpercentiles. It also involves more advanced

statistic concepts such as confidence intervalsand critical

values. The following data simplify the matter by setting

only five stages of stature: Very Short, Short, Average,

Tall, and Very Tall. To see more detailed and advancedheight distribution data,

2. Knock-Knees and Bow Legs. These two common deformations

of the legs, which are notunusual, frequently rob their

victims of added inches of height. Persons with

knock-kneesusually walk with the bulk of their weight

on the in-step (inner arch) of their feet. To remedythis

condition, they should walk with their arches raised and

with their weight separatednaturally and straighter legs

will be developed. Foot doctors can prescribe specialshoes (or inserts) for this purpose. The condition known as

bow-legs is the exact opposite of knock-knees, therefore,

the remedy would be to concentrate the bulk of the weighton the instep, instead of on the outer rim. Special shoes

(or inserts) can be prescribed for thispurpose also.3. Round Shoulders. This is a condition where there is an

abnormal curvature of the upperpart of the spine combined

with an unnatural forward thrust of the shoulders. One of

thesymptoms of round shoulders is carrying the head too far

forward. To remedy this condition, develop the habit of

carrying your head high with your chin up. Shoulders should

always bekept back and not allowed to drop forward

(especially, in women where this condition couldresult in

sagging breasts). However, be careful not to develop a

stiff, rigid posture that canimpede proper breathing. Be

sure to maintain the proper posture in a relaxed andcomfortable manner. Some of our special stretching exercises

can give you more help withremedying this condition. For
