My name isKaye Beach. I am a member of the Board of Directorsof theConstitutional Alliance and have been working with Mark Lerner for the past few years trying to stop Real ID.This presentation is mostly based upon a recent article by MarkLerner of the Stop Real ID Coalition entitled
I Don’t Care Who You Are: The Government Does”
I have simply broken this documentdown into chunks by putting it into this format for the purpose of making it easier to read and understand. It also draws upon work by the Stop Real ID Coalition, ConstitutionalAlliance and the contributions of their membership as well as manyother individuals who have worked tirelessly to inform others aboutthis issue.Thank you,Kaye Beach, The Constitutional Alliancehttp://www.AxXiomForLiberty.comaxxiomforliberty@gmail.com
The purpose of this presentation is to help inform Americancitizens that there is a viable alternative to Real ID and measureslike Arizona’s SB 1070. We want you to know that there is astraightforward and Constitutional means to validate identitywithout destroying the presumption of innocence which is thecornerstone in our system of justice.

Since that time, Markhas testified before many state legislativecommittees and is in Washington D.C. on a regularbasis supporting the rights of citizens.Mark now leads the Stop Real ID Coalition and is aspokesperson for the Constitutional Alliance, acoalition of individuals and groups committed topreserving state and national sovereignty, theunalienable rights to life, liberty, and property aspronounced in the Declaration of Independence

“The technotronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlledsociety. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained bytraditional values. [...] The capacity to assert social and political controlover the individual will vastly increase. It will soon be possible to assertalmost continuous surveillance over every citizen and to maintain up-to-date, complete files, containing even most personal information aboutthe health or personal behavior of the citizen in addition to morecustomary data. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval bythe authorities.”-Zbigniew Brzezinski
