Top Story of the Month
Have you ever made a bad decision after it was too deep in the process toturn back? Well we just had a bad experience closing on the new housebecause of just that. By not doing proper research and trusting people wereally did not know, we ended up going through a nightmare of a closing. We trusted in a real estate and mortgage company that did not deserve thetrust we gave them. The process was littered with incompetence, withheldinformation, non disclosure of important procedures we had to accomplish, and unrealistic expectations. I feel the same way when it comes to buyinga computer. You are putting your trust usually in the store clerk, who rarelyhas your best interest in mind. Instead of leading you over the computer that will make him the most commission, he should first see if you andhe/she have a good rapport. They should first ask you what your goals arewhen it comes to the computer. Asking that will make sure that thecomputer and parts you buy fit your vision of computer success. Some of the questions you need answered are…Will you watch TV or DVDs on this computer? (Why pay an extra$500 for parts on a computer you will rarely use, like a TV Tuner or DVD burner)Will this be a business computer or an entertainment center?(Business-only computers cost $500 less then gaming machines or multimedia PCs)How long are you going to want to keep this computer for? (If you aregoing to want to keep it for 5-7 years, consider a pc with lots of expansion ports)Are you going to store lots of data on this computer? (Get a pc withlots of hard drive space for music downloads or use it as a file server)(cont. in pg 2)
Price Changes
October 1, 2005
, we areimplementing a new, moreefficient pricing structureOur new catch-all flat rate, regardless if it is in the daytime or after hours for 1 computer willnow be $80 an hour. If we areservicing 2 computers in the samelocation at the same time, the newcatch-all flat rate will be $100 anhour. For 3 computers, the costwill be $120 an hour. Catch-allmeans any services that you wantperformed that don’t fall in the prepriced projects listed our servicesweb page, or if multiple projectsare to be performed on onecomputer at time of visit. Allservices can now be paid onlineusing a check or credit card soyou can save your paper checksfor other bills!
Well how do I avoid paying thesehigher prices?
(cont. on pg 2)
By asking these questions on the front end, you will savea lot of anger and resentment toward the sales guybecause you know that you got what you paid for and youare going to use the most of what you invested in. Whenit comes to buying a house or getting a mortgage, we nowrecommend Home America Mortgage and Keller WilliamsRealty.
Well, great service does come with a price. However thereare three ways you CAN avoid paying the regular servicecall price

Spiritual Word of the Month
Roughed Up To Grow Up
Read:Hebrews 12:1-11
Do not despise the chastening of the Lord, nor detest His correction.
Proverbs 3:11
Bible In One Year: 1 Chronicles 17-19
Many Christians have to be lovingly roughed up before they will grow up. Although the heavenly Father never allows His children to suffer needlessly, sometimes He lets them experience hard knocks so they'll become maturebelievers. (cont. on pg 4)
