- Selected candidates will beplaced on a starting basic pay of Rs.16,400/- pm in the pay scale of Rs. 16400 –40500 during their training period. Apart from the above, Dearness Allowance andapplicable allowances will also be payable as per Company Rules. On successfulcompletion of their training period and on assessment of suitability they will beabsorbed as Engineer/ Officer (Grade-II) in the same pay scale with one additionalincrement (@3% of Basic Pay) and will be on probation for a period of one year.

Selected candidates will be placed on a startingbasic pay of Rs.12,600/- pm during their 1

- Candidates are required toexecute a Service Bond to serve the Company for a period of 3 years over andabove the training period i.e 4 years including training period, failing whichcandidates are liable to pay the liquidated damages amounting to Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two lakhs only) OR the cost of training including pay during training periodwhichever is higher.
ii) Asst. Engineer Trainees -
Candidates are required to execute a Service Bondto serve the Company for a period of 2 years over and above the training period i.e4 years including training period, failing which candidates are liable to pay theliquidated damages amounting to Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty thousandonly) OR the cost of training including pay during training period whichever ishigher.RESERVATION & RELAXATION

Candidates employed in Government / Quasi-Government / PSU, should sendtheir application through proper channel which can be downloaded aftersubmission of online application or compulsorily produce NOC at the time of interview as on when called.

In the case of candidates with other related qualifications, their candidaturemay be considered at the discretion of Management.
 The candidates should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and othernorms mentioned in the advertisement as on the specified dates and that theparticulars furnished are correct in all respect. In case, it is detected at any stageof the recruitment process that a candidate doesn’t fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/ she has furnished any incorrect/ false information or has suppressedany material/ fact(s), his/ her candidature shall stand automatically cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is/ are detected even after appointment, his/ herservices are liable to be terminated without notice.
Mere meeting the conditions of the Advertisement by the candidate(s) willnot automatically entail them to be called for Written Test/ Interview andSelection & Appointment.
 The vacancies may vary (increase / decrease) depending upon actualrequirement.
 The Management reserves the right to increase the minimum % of marks torestrict the number of candidates.
