I really would like to help you or a social entrepreneur you know achieve much more this year. So, my friends and I creating a guide book to help you achieve your entrepreneurial goals. One of the reason's we are doing this is because we are tired of the books which fall in either of these categories;

- Too vague (Follow your Dreams, the sky is the limit)

- Too technical (These are the 50-steps to measure SROI)

To our surprise, we found a few resources online which gave tactical advice and pushed us to take action. So this is our 1st attempt to combine these resources and present it to you.

Your feedback is essential because we want to help you! If you have any comments (e.g. we missed an important step) , please feel free to contact us.

Ambitions

Strategy: Tactical Advice + Create Changes in Behaviour

We Don't Have a Clue: It took us roughly 16 Hours to churn this guide. But we are releasing it on the basis that, without feedback, spending months on a guide that no-one will use is a waste of time.

Results Focused: Creating Results in your life is our Focus. The guide will be updated with specific results of its users in the near future.

Open Source: You can use it, change it, distribute it, sell it, do whatever you want with it as long as you acknowledge the original creators.

World's Best Product: To help you change the world, we might as well create the world's best guide.

Start your Micro-Enterprise
Social Enterprise

Introduction
This is the article which got me started.Isn’t this interesting? If you’re inspired to make the next 6 months truly productive to start yoursocial enterprise.
A few months ago, a friend called me for some advice on launching an online product. Hewanted to know the best technology to use, my advice on pricing, and some advancedquestions on marketing. I shared what I
ʼ
d learned after launching a big product, and then Iadded something.“There
ʼ
s one other thing I wish I
ʼ
d known,” I said. “You
ʼ
re going to spend 3 or 4 monthscreating any product, once you factor in the content, marketing, sales page, emails, etc.You might as well spend a few extra months and make it the world
ʼ
s best product. You canget disproportionate rewards if you do.”He wasn
ʼ
t really into it. “Yes, I know…” he said, “but I really don
ʼ
t want to put much timeinto this. I just want to get this out there quick and see what kind of sales I can do.”Basically, he just wanted a way to make some quick money, even if it wasn
ʼ
t the bestproduct, using his large userbase.I told him, “let me tell you the difference between doing something that
ʼ
s
ʻ
 just okay
ʼ
andsomething amazing. Here, look at these numbers.”I shared a couple of examples with him. He went completely silent. I
ʼ
ve been testingwriting guest posts for a few other high-traffic sites. In one test, I churned a post outquickly, taking about 1.5 hours to write it. It got me a few hundred visitors. In another test, I spent 18 hours writing an awesomely detailed post, including casestudies, a video, and concrete examples. Result: 100,000+ visitors.
I spent 12x the amount of time writing the good one. But I got 250x the results.
THAT is disproportionate impact.Imagine being able to systematically focus on doing just 10 high-impact actions per year. Now compare your results to your friend, who does 100 different things and seem to befuriously busy, but few of them make any difference whatsoever. Who gets better results?
