I bought this directlyfrom Amazon and itarrived in perfectcondition. No dead pixels.Just perfect. I wouldrecommend this to any of my friends or family.
The only problem thatI had, which was easilyfixed, was the TruMotionthat is set standard on thisTV. I was watching The Dark Knight on blu-ray and theTruMotion made the picture look strangely sped up andgave it a home video look. Just terrible.
To fix it, all I had to do was press Menu on the remote,select picture, and either turn off the TruMotion, but for blu-ray I set the Judder to 0 and the Blur to 5. Movieslook amazing now.
I bought it for $499.98 at Amazon with free shipping.You can't find a better price for such a TV with highquality specs like 1080p, 120hz, 32 inches, a 3 millionto 1 contrast ratio!!! and LED to add to the mix!!!!
I purchased the LG LED tv after seeing it a local boxcompetitor. It was clearly the best picture there, at anysize. Hoping for a better price, I found it on Amazon.Other reviewers have done a fine job analyzing all theminutiae. Yes, it has a setting for that too...But, what really counts, the picture is incredible, thesound is great (considering the small size), and the frameis all semi-gloss black, just like you'd expect.You cannot go wrong, this is the best set out there for the$$$ in this size range.
