The picture on this TV isunbelievable. Out of the box itworked perfectly, I hardly madeany adjustments to the pictureviewing controls. When you canview it up against other brands,the difference is clear. Thepicture is much more brilliantthan the others and it is the same in my house.I did a lot of research as well and as mentioned in a previousreview I looked at the LG which was highly rated on CNET.I saw the two of them in a store side by side, the samsung'spicture was sharper and the tv itself was sleeker and muchthinner. I also agree with others that the picture almostappears 3D. I also have the samsung linkstick which wasincluded and there have been no issues to this pointdownloading from netflix.I did purchase a mitsubishi 55" prior to this TV and wasvery disappointed with the picture. Amazon was great and
there was no issue in returning it. That’s when I started myresearch (viewing them in stores and reading onlinereviews) the research was a hassle but in the end it wasworth it and I couldn't be more pleased. Amazon always hasthe best price too.After much shopping (in stores and online) I decided topurchase the Samsung UN55c6500 LED television fromAmazon.com. I was a little apprehensive about making sucha large and fragile purchase online, but everything turnedout better than expected. The delivery was a snap. Nodamage whatsoever.Back to the TV. When I shopped in person at stores, thepicture on the Samsung was consistently better than thepicture on other models- Sony, Vizio, etc. After getting TVsetup at home, I was certainly not disappointed. The clarityof the picture is outstanding. The quality of Blu-Raybroadcasts is unequalled. I would highly recommend thistelevision to any of my friends.
