Millennium Technology Value Partners

Senior Associate

Millennium is a unique family of investment funds with approximately $700 million under
management that seeks to blend the best practices and principles of venture capital with those of
large-scale private equity investing. Marrying the innovative, entrepreneurial, and high-growth
spirit of Silicon Valley with the investment rigor and discipline of Wall Street, the Millennium
funds invest in best-of-breed companies, working closely with strong management teams and
partnering with world class investment groups to achieve outstanding results.

Most Millennium portfolio companies are in the technology, internet, media, and
communications sectors—companies such as Facebook, Chegg, Zappos, ArcSight, Green Dot,
Tellme Networks, NetSpend, Epocrates, and many others. Millennium's funds actively consider a
wide range of investment opportunities in diverse sectors and geographies. We are a leader in
secondary investing with more than 300 transactions over the past decade, while leveraging a
flexible mandate to invest in private as well as public companies, in debt as well as equity, and in
minority positions as well as control-oriented transactions. For Millennium, an investment
decision is based on attractive investment fundamentals and the appropriate balance of risk and
reward, rather than a fixed formula about sector, stage or size.

The Millennium team comes together from many of the best venture capital, private equity and
technology organizations, including The Blackstone Group, Bessemer Venture Partners, Venrock,
Goldman Sachs, Salomon Brothers, Google and DoubleClick, among others.

Millennium is seeking a Senior Associate to join the firm to lead all phases of transaction
diligence, analysis and execution, and to serve as a chief of staff to one of two Managing
Partners. The position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, competitive, passionate about
growth investing, excels in a team environment, and is excited about the opportunity to interact
with entrepreneurs, companies and investors who are building next generation companies, using
Millennium’s next generation capital strategies and structures to do so. The position is located in
the firm’s New York City headquarters.
