 Directions
PREPARE 
pasta in large saucepan according topackage directions; drain and set aside.
MELT
butter in same saucepan over mediumheat. Remove from heat; whisk in evaporatedmilk, eggs, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce.Return pasta to saucepan; stir in cheese. Cookover low heat, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture iscreamy and thickened. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION®Evaporated Milk1/2 cup (2 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded1 can (4 oz.) slicedmushrooms, drained

 Directions
PLACE
