I hope you will be interested in joining our European projects as an Associate partnerfor piloting and feedback. This is the second of a number of new proposals that wewill be looking for help within this years 2011 call for European proposals for theLifelong learning programme. Every one involved as an Associate partner will receive a 'Professional developmente-Certificate' signed by the coordinator as evidence of their inclusion and role in aEuropean Union funded education project.
project will create a simple to use, digital game engine, available on the Internetthat teachers can use to make their own simple digital games for their students. The tool willcome with technology instructions and video guides plus pedagogic guides how to use thecreated games effectively to reinforce language learning. The completed games will be available for sharing with other teachers creating an ever expanding open resource for educators.Teachers will be able to create their own game to meet a direct need of a forthcoming lesson. The time to create the game will be short so games could be produced quickly. Teachers couldeven make individual games for specialist needs of a single student if they wished.
The project, if funded, will start in autumn 2011 and we will need your help in late 2012, at theearliest.
We are asking for educators or institutions to join our proposal as Associate Partners. There are two types of associate partners we need:1.Piloting teachers – that will test and use the project resources
2.Disseminators – that can distribute information to their networks of schools oreducators
