KIBBE – Liban :Ingrediente pentru kibbe:-2 cups burghul nr 1-500 g carne tocata vita (sau miel)-1 ceapa-1/2 pahar cu apa+ 1/2 pahar apa-1/2 lingurita allspices-1/4 lingurita scortisoara-1/8 lingurita chilli (optional)-1 lingurita sareIngrediente pentru umplutura:-200 g carne tocata vita(sau miel)-2 linguri ulei-~ 100 g seminte de pin-1-2 cepe-1/4 lingurita all spices-sare
Se bune burghulul intr-un castron, si peste se toarna 1/2 pahar de apa,se amesteca si selasa 10-15 minute sa se umfle Intre timp facem umplutura:Se taie ceapa marunt si se caleste impreuna cu celelalte ingrediente in 2 linguri de
 
ulei.:Se ia de pe foc si se lasa sa se racoreasca.Trecem la compozitia de kibbe.Burghulul s-a umflat frumos. Ceapa se da perazatoare,si se adauga carnea si condimentele:Se framanta bine, iar in timp ce framantam se adauga cealalta 1/2 pahar de apa.(Dacavi se pare ca e prea uscat si nu vi se leaga compozitia mai puneti putina apa)Asa arata gata framantat. Se ia cam o lingura de compozitie ,se da forma rotundaApoi o forma mai lunguiata asa . Introduceti degetul mare in mijloc ,
