REIKI MEDITATION This is very powerful meditation combining all the values of other types of meditation such as Transcendental Meditation plus the healing power of the Reiki energies. It can help to bring about physical relaxation, mental clarity including improved ability to visualise, clairvoyance, enhanced healing skills and expansion of consciousness. It can also be used to help solve the problems and achieve goals and it has the amazing tendency to surround all areas of concern ‘in your life with a soft white Reiki mist (white light). "You can-do it in the morning or night, or also whenever you have the time. But it is best if you do it in the morning. Part One Method: 1) Sit comfortably in a quite place with your hands on your thighs or wherever you feel comfortable. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. When you breath in imagine a pure white light you are inhaling through the nose and exhaling breath out your rubbish and toxic through the mouth. 2) With your eyes still closed, draw the USUI Master symbol.in front of you with your right hand. At the same time as you draw the symbol, visualise white or violet coming out from your middle finger. 3) Visualise the image of the USUI Master symbol to be just in front of you. after drawing and say silently to yourself its name three times. Hold the image for about 5 to 10 minutes. Do not worry if your mind drift to.some other thoughts. Just be aware that your thoughts have drifted, and then just return your focus back to the symbol in front: of you. (You will get better and better with practice.) (if you cannot visualise at all, draw the symbol on a piece of paper, let yaur eves focus on-it and relax. Then close your eyes while retaining the image.) 4) When you finish meditating on the symbol, imagine it moving up into a field of light above you and bring your attention back in front of your eyes. 5) Repeat steps (2) to (4) using the Distant Healing Symbol (1st), the Mental symbol (2nd), and the Power symbol (3rd). 6) After meditating on all the symbols you are now centered and charged with creative healing energies. You are now ready for doing Part Two of the meditation. Part two teaches you to send Reiki to projects and challenges of the day, actualise your goals and help or heal others at a distance. Part Two Manifesting Goals 7) State your goal silently to yourself and create a picture of it in your mind of having already accomplished it and visualise the four Reiki Symbols around it, with the USUI Master Symbol on top,Symbol 3 (Power Symbol) on the right, Symbol 2nd (Mental Symbol) below and Symbol 1st (Distant healing Symbol) on the left of the picture. Hold this image in your mind for several minutes or longer with the thought and feeling of accomplishment. Do this for each goal or project or to send help or healing to others, When you are finished with the image, state “If this be possible within divine love and wisdom, then let. it ‘be so_". Then send the image upto the field of light and place it together with all the other Reiki symbols with a feeling of fulfillment. Accept the idea that the process is complete and that your goal has been established. Believe this to be true, then completely release it from your conscious attention. (if you are not able to visualise, simply write out the goal or healing on a piece of paper stating that it has been achieved along with the four Reiki Symbols and hold it between your hands accepting the idea that it is surrounded with light.) 8) If you have a Reiki grid, hold the Master crystal in your right hand during the meditation to charge it. Then hold it between your hands and channel Reiki into it by projecting the four Reiki symbols into it. Then charge your grid now. 9) -To end the meditation, place your tongue to the roof of your mouth and focus on the area just behind your navel. Then draw the Power symbol (3rd) down the front of the body with the spiral around the area just below the navel and: pat your stomach three times, at the sametime saying its name three times. This will release any excess build up of energy in your head and store it in the power center. 10) Then breathe deeply and slowly and open your eyes, when you are ready.
