My name is Tony and i was wondering do they make a long and short parking pawl linkage for a 350 turbo chevy transmission . The one I have seems to be to long . It measures about 10" inches Thanks for any info on this

I have a 4L80E transmission and it started shifting hard and then not shifting from gear to gear after it warmed up! But while cold it shifts fine. I replaced shifting solenoids 1-2, & 2-3, and the TCC one also! Now sometimes it shifts correctly but it will drop out of overdrive into 3rd or 3rd after it warms up and begain shifting hard ? Any ideas whats the problem or is it a recall item ? Jim

have 84 vette auto that dont change gears. stock on low.what is wrong? can it be air?

kjones6039 Replied: 84Corvette was equipped with TH700r4 transmission. Your no shift problem can be caused by any number of things NONE of which are user serviceable! AIR is certainly not one of them. 11 / 12 / 2009
