presentsthe Department’s proposed performance measures and applicable results, associated performance targets forFY 2011 and FY 2012, and provides information on the Department’s Priority Goals.For FY 2010, the Department is using the alternative approach as identified in the Office of Management andBudget’s Circular A-136 to produce its Performance and Accountability Reports consisting of the followingthree reports:
