How to Mummify a Person

This information will help you understand how to mummify a person.

What you will need:

Linen A person to Mummify

Resin Canopic jars

Natron salt Scented Oils

1. Get the dead body to mummify, and place it in the tent called Ibu.
Put the person on the table and lay it down.
2. Wash the body over with water from the Nile. Pour the water from
the bucket onto the person. Smear some scented oils over the water
to make the body smell nice.
3. Tip some Natron salt over the body. Leve it for 40 days.
4. Hook a wire through their nose and pull out the brain.
5. Cut the left side of the body and start pulling out the organs.
Remember not to take the heart out.
6. Collect the 4 Canopic jars.
7. Put each organ in to the jars, which will decorate your room nicely.
8. Stuff the natron salt in to the hole in the body.
9. Wait anther 40 days then wash the body again.
10. Extract the oils all over to make the skin elastic.
11. Push dry materials such as: Sawdust, Leaves and Linen, in to the
body to keep the body big.
12. Start the wrapping.
13. Wrap the head and neck first, leave a gap so that the artificial eyes
do not pop out.
14.Wrap some more of the body and once you have done that put
some special amulets.
15. Wrap the rest on the body.
16. Reading out some spells is the priest. The spells wore off the evil
sprits.
17. Tie the arms together. Do the same with the legs.
18. Place the mummy now in the sarcophagus, which will have some
hieroglyphics on the top.
19. Take the sarcophagus into the pyramid so no robbers can steal the
mummy.
