12:00 Arrival of Greek, Polish, Danish, Italian and Romanian teams. Pick up
from the airport. Hotel accommodation.
16:00 Visiting Hala Sultan Mosque and salt lake with Flamingos
17:00 Visiting S. Lazaros church, Castle, Pierides museum
20:00 Dinner at coordinator’s house with colleagues. Carnival party.

Thursday February 24th 2011

8:15: Departure from the hotel for the school
8:30: Tour of the school.
9:10: Coffee
9:25: Welcome ceremony
10:00: Teaching sessions and presentation to parents.
10:45: Coffee break
10:55: Traditional games in the yard. It’s accustomed every year this
day. You can introduce one of your own traditional games.
12:00: Lunch at school.
13:05: Return to hotel. Free afternoon.
20:00: Dinner at Cypriot tavern offered by Mayor and the School Board.
Friday 25th February 2011
7:45: Danish lesson at school
08.15: Departure from the hotel for the school.
8:30: Discussion about the project
9:30: Coffee break
9:45: Web chatting with Portugal.
10:15: Touring in Aradippou.
11:15: Trip to mountains. Light lunch on the road
15:00: Visit to Kykkos Monastery.
18:30: Accommodation to apartments of the Teacher’s Association in
Platres village.
20:00: Dinner with colleagues of the school and parents offered by
Parents Association.

Saturday 21st February 2011

8:00: Walking in the forest. Seeing waterfall (optional)
9:30: Breakfast
11:00: Departure from apartments. Visiting Teachers’ museum in a village
of Vasa. Seeing a vineyard and taste wine.
12:00: Lunch in fish tavern on the sea.
14:00: Departures of all teams.
