    the Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Musasanure. so i would like to
    commute thirty (30) days and i also would like to ask for an
    advance pay of one thousand us dollars ( $1000) . PSMAS will not
    be able to cover all hospital and operation expenses during and
    after the operation .
