Turn oven to 180°C. Grease a 18cm x 28cm tin. Combine flour, sugar and coconut
and mix, add melted butter (125g), mix well. Press into pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Combine highlander sweetened condensed milk, golden syrup and butter in a pan/pot.
Stir over medium-low heat until boiling, reduce heat and stir constantly for a further 5
minutes. Spread over base and bake a further 10 minutes. Cool. Spread top of slice
with melted dark chocolate. Refrigerate until set. Cut up. Enjoy .
