Recommendations to the NCC Board

THAT the complete Developed Design of the West Block Rehabilitation


and Courtyard Infill Project BE APPROVED subject to it being refined by
Public Works and Government Services Canada-Parliamentary Precinct
Branch/PWGSC-PPB (the ‘Proponent’) in accordance with the
recommendations of NCC staff and informed by comments received
from the Advisory Committee on Planning, Design and Realty (ACPDR)
and from the Federal Heritage Buildings Review Office (FHBRO), and to
the satisfaction of the Vice President, Capital Planning Branch.

THAT the signature of the Federal Land Use and Design Approval of the
developed design for the West Block Rehabilitation and Courtyard Infill
Project and of all subsequent related NCC Approvals be delegated to the
Vice President, Capital Planning Branch.
