Hi, You've copied this presentation from my collection of presentations that I created/give on slideshare. I'm not personally too worried that you've done this, but I am concerned that you have indicated that the license on this presentation is by-nc. This is not correct, it's All Rights Reserved, because it's speaking about my employer. (the license you've stated is incorrect and risks someone getting the wrong idea ... :-/ ) As a result would appreciate it if you could change the copyright license below to match this fact. The reason for all rights reserved on slideshare btw is simple - it encourages comments to be in a location where a) I can see, b) give feedback. If you'd asked about posting here, I probably would've said yes, and asked for the opportunity to correct my email before you did so as well. But as it stands you've done this without permission. That said, I'm glad you found it interesting/useful enough to copy over here. If we could just tidy things up slightly, that would be appreciated. Cheers, Michael Sparks.
