THE GOVERNMENT CUTS

Who am I to whinge about the things the government does

Its not like anything they do would possibly affect us
That’s where im wrong as all they do is mess up peoples lives
Financial problems, job cuts, not to mention the VAT rise

We are a country deep in war whether you like it or not

Fighting in a country in temperatures real hot
Our soldiers don’t have all they need to get them through this war
As the prime minister goes on about our country being poor

Yet again we have to sacrifise the things that really that do us proud
Makes soldiers, police and nurses jobs just go puff up In a cloud
The protection of this country has taken hits aswell
The naval ships and harrier planes are left to rot as shells

Is this the country that makes you proud with 3 lions on your chest
The one you would sign up for now to fight of all the rest
The union jack the colours and anthem that we sing
The future wedding of a person soon to be a king

Well what I think is were all mad to stick with what we know
If I could id pack my bags take my kids and go
For we are merely working class and mean nothing to our land
So get your bags and pack them well and join me hand in hand
