The Carrefour group aims to become a benchmark in terms of
human resource management and social as the seventh largest
private sector employer in the world. The management of
Carrefour make sure they keep there workers motivated in
order to ensure that they keep there services are effective and
they keep there customers happy. At Carrefour they insure that
they build understanding among the workers to avoid conflict. In
Carrefour the workers work as a team unlike working as
individuals to serve customers and carry out there duties. Every
organization is now implementing Management Information
System (MIS). It helps to reduce cost, monitor inventory, lower
cycle times, improve customer service and promotes better
performance and communication between management and
the employees.
