‘Thanks for your patience as we have addressed this matter on several fronts. In summary, an allegation was
received regarding two students ~Guggugiaptoasiies anc
(amine is considered an international student in accordance with FHSAA policies and procedures. She
requires approval from this office prior to participating. We understand the fact raised regarding the student’s
visa status and her Canadian citizenship. However, this student is still considered an international student and
must comply with Policy 17. Penalties will be assessed Dr. Krop in accordance with allowing a student to
participate prior to receiving such approval from the FHSAA. If deomed eligible, penalties assessed Dr. Krop
will be consistent with penalties assessed to other member schools similarly situated and communicated

information received, the student's individual points earned, once deducted, have no bearing on Dr. Krop’s need
