8-10 potatoes, cut and 1/3 cup cornstarch

Recipe: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Chop beef and vegetables into bite-size pieces and place
in roaster. Mix tomato sauce, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour over beef and
vegetables. Bake 3 to 4 hours.
