Dear HCHS Parent-Partners,

Greetings!

As we conclude the school year 2010-2011, the school has started to plan for the following academic
year. With this, we would like to determine the number of students who will pursue their schooling in
Hope Christian High School for S.Y. 2011-2012 before we consider applicants from other schools.

In this connection, we request that you accomplish and return the reply slip below together with the
reservation fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 2,500.00) per student on or before March
15, 2011. The said amount is non-refundable but deductible from the tuition fee. In addition to this, your
child will be entitled to a discount of Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 500.00) from his/her tuition amount. Our
enrollment schedule is as follows:

May 9 - 13, 2011 - 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon

1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

You may also enroll your child right after the distribution of the REPORT CARD on March 29, 2011.
Please bring his/her REPORT CARD and school I.D. during the enrollment.

Furthermore, we are glad to inform you that our school will conduct an intensive review for High 3
students on March 14-24, 2011 and May 30 - July 2, 2011 from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. This is to
prepare our incoming seniors for their college admission examination stated this July.
