substantialcredibleevidenceashavingbeeninvolvedintheallegedvoterfraudandforgery,primarilytoadvancehisownpersonalinterestsandapparentpoliticalambition.

frontofadeskandlefttheroom.Aboutfive(5)minuteslater,theSDAsilentlyenteredtheroomalone,satacrossfrommeandopenedafilefoldertoexposeaTimesUnionarticlerelatedtotheinvestigationthathadmyphotographprominentlydisplayed.Hefumbledwithvariouspapersandthen,withoutlookingatme,askedifIwantedadrinkalthoughIhadplacedancar-fullbottleofwateronlyinchesfromhisfilefolder.18.

Canfield.Headdedthatfellowstaffmembersteasedhimbecausehehadacotinhisofficewhereheoftenspentnightspreparingcases.19.Initially;IthoughtthattheSDA'sself-aggrandizingstatementsweremerelymadetoimpressmebutIsoonrealizedthattheywereintended,andtaken,asthreatsofcriminalprosecutionforpersonalandpoliticalreasons.20.Specifically,theSDAsaidthatwhenDACanfieldstepped-downfromofficeforSupremeCourt,hewantedtobetheDemocraticcandidateforDA,butwastoldthathe
neededthe
supportof
my
deceased
father,
EdwardF.Mclzonough,whowasthe
RensselaerCountyDemocraticPartyChairman.HewasalsotoldthatheshouldpurchaseatickettoaDemocraticPartyfundraisertotalktohimaboutthematter.
