The research will be conducted in a limited area.Time will be a major constraint. The research could not be carried outthoroughly Because of limited time
As only Mumbai city was surveyed, it does not represent overall view of the Indian market
The research could have been better carried out with the help of a largersample size, covering more geographical areas
The possibility of biased responses can’t be ruled out.
Due to language problem it is possible that the respondents are not beable tounderstand the questionnaire and can cause misleading results.

Sampling design
Sample unit:
In this research report we have considered people ranging in between the 18 to 45. However wehave target more people in age group of 18-25.
Sampling size
The sample size of our research is 100 respondents.
Sampling procedure
We have used Convenience Sampling to select the sample in this study.
Sample Profile:
Out of the total population using any mobile service provider, the maximuym number of theusers belong to age group of 18-25 which consist of mainly students.Findings – According to the data analysis that we have done, we can observe that it is an oligopolisticmarket where there are many service providers out of which 2 or 3 companies are performingwell. But Vodafone is dominating the market with maximum market share.Vodafone has better network as compared to other service providers whereas airtel providesattractive tariff plans.Friend’s recommendation, advertisements and brand image were the most influential factor for selecting a particular mobile service provider.Vodafone users are the most satisfied users amongst all. More than 70% of airtel and loopmobile users are satisfied according to the data analysis that we have carried out.Poor network and poor customer service are the most commonly faced problems by the mobileservice users.
