CHAPTER 3 : REVIEW OF LITERATURE [ 1-15 Pages ]

This study comprises about the opinion of the different research scholar’s based on the
topic that you have chosen. You should find the gap that is created by the research
scholars and try to fulfil the gap using your project.

CHAPTER 4 : RESEARCH METHODOLOGY [ 1-10 Pages ]

CHAPTER 5 : ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION [ 1-40 Pages ]

FOR MARKETING / HRD PROJECTS:

First draft a questionnaire based on the objective of the project. Get the approval from
your project guide & then start collecting the samples by filling the questionnaire.

How to carry out the analysis part based on questionnaire ?

Type one question-underline it –write one or two general lines about why the question
was asked in the questionnaire-mark a table based on the data collected – mention few
lines as inference. Then next question and so on. At the end of the chapter put charts &
figures and not be inserted near the tables. Give cross reference to graphs / charts while
writing analysis.

Note : ALL THE TABLES & GRAPHS SHOULD CONTAIN INFERENCE.

FOR FINANCE PROJECTS:

This portion should contain the income sheet & balance sheet of the company for the past
6 years. Based on the available data , tables are created using different tools . Based on
the figures/data , try to interpret it [use ratio analysis & and necessary financial tools ]and
then confirm the decisions with your project guide.

IMPORTANT & COMPULSORY


Each Table/ Graph should contain
1. Table/ graph number
2. description for the table
3. source: data collected & compiled from……..
4. inference should written for every table.

CHAPTER 6 : SUMMARY OF FINDINGS , SUGGESTIONS,


RECOMMENDATIONS & CONCLUSION

FINDINGS OF THE STUDY:

1. State point by point.


2. Trends and patterns from the questionnaire and tables & graphs.
3. what you infer from the study.
4. There should be cross reference with questionnaire as well as analysis chapter. If
there are 10 findings –atleast 5 should be cross referenced with questionnaire.

SUGGESTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS

First give suggestions which should be very specific to your problem. Then you may
give general suggestions.

CONCLUSION

It should definitely match with your objectives of the project.

It should contain the following 4 sections [ compulsory for all projects ]
