Appendix, Budget of the United StatesGovernment, Fiscal Year 2012
contains detailed in-formation on the various appropriations and funds thatconstitute the budget and is designed primarily for theuse of the Appropriations Committees. The
contains more detailed ﬁnancial information on individ-ual programs and appropriation accounts than any of theother budget documents. It includes for each agency: theproposed text of appropriations language; budget sched-ules for each account; legislative proposals; explanationsof the work to be performed and the funds needed; andproposed general provisions applicable to the appropria-tions of entire agencies or group of agencies. Informationis also provided on certain activities whose transactionsare not part of the budget totals.
