Task 10: Create a video Q&A booth
In this task you create your own video booth so that students can ask you questions and youcan record video answers for them. You will need to have a webcam on your computer to dothis task. Creating a video booth is a great way to increase engagement with your studentsand make yourself more available to answer their questions. You can also get students to setup their own video booth and ask and answer each others’ questions.Before you create your video booth you can look at one I created. Go to:http://vyou.com/ nikpeachey. Click on some of the questions next to the video. You should see and hear myrecorded answers. Type a question into the box below the image and send it to me.Now create your own video booth. First you need to register so, go to:http://vyou.com / andclick on ‘

’. You shouldthen get an email with a link to confirm your email address. Click on the link whenyou receiveit. This will then take you to the registration page. Create a user name andpassword, agree to the terms of use and then click on ‘

Now choose 3 topics that your Q&A will be about. Click and drag the topics to the boxes.Don’t worry too much about how accurate they are. Then scroll to the bottom of the page aclick on ‘

 You will then be able to create the a short waiting video. To do this click on ‘
Record yourwaiting video
’ . You then see a square window appear. You may see a smaller window inside it asking you toallow access to your video webcam and audio. Make sure you ‘
 Allow
