IF . . there is value for the TWEPI Organization. As I previously stated, I don't need another meeting and especially to travel to London, however, | am willing to attend. 1 do submit however, that we need to determine the need for 'X' attendees. For example, will the attendance by a number of TWEPI Board members from TWEP! be ‘noticed’ and / or seen as serious intention to secure the designation for our area? Will we have an opportunity to make a presentation or at least have a definitive and focused conversation to state our serious intentions? Will we have an opportunity to speak directly to the ‘decision makers? _ In other words, if my presence will help the process, and we have a strategy to make our intentions known, or to slow down a process that may already be started for another area, then definitely I will attend. Possibly you can "provide (my) name to Tourism London” in order to secure a ‘seat’, and we can make a final determination of number of attendees, London process, and strategy as well as determining the talking points at the next exec. meeting. If that makes sense, please praceed on that basis.
