C.P.I.: Dates booked over thirteen months prior to the date to be contracted
is subject to the per person price quoted in the contract to be adjusted equal
to any change in the latest published New York and Northeastern New Jersey
Regional Consumer Price Index (C.P.I.) This change will be calculated from
the C.P.I. at the date this contract is presented to the latest published at the
time payment is due.
