This standard is about I as a teacher will be reflective throughout my educational career. I willevaluate my decisions and actions and how they affect my students, parents, fellow teachers, aswell as my administrators. I will use the resources that I have available for reflectionfor example, observers or students test results, to evaluate my teaching to ensure that I am providingstudents with the best possible education. I will understand that reflection is essential to growthand improvement. I will also use classroom observation, information about students, knowledgeabout teaching, as well as research to assist in consistent reflection, evaluation, and correction of my practices. I will also participate in professional conversation regarding learningopportunities, support, and development as both a learner and a teacher.2.
