» 1. Registration
Registrations must be either submitted online or by post. Registra-tions are binding and will be processed in the order in which theyare received. The number of participants is limited. After registra-tion, you will receive an invoice. The

. Only those who have paid the applicablefees in full will be admitted to the conference. Only cancellationsin writing will be accepted. All cancellations before 30 April 2011will incur a €70 processing fee. No refund will be granted for no-shows and cancellations made after 30 April 2011, but a substituteparticipant may be named.
» 2. Services
The scope of services includes: the conference proceedingscom-plete with conference presentations, lunch, coffee breaksand simultaneous translation into English at all German languagesessions. The organisers reserve the right to make any necessarychanges to the programme.
» 3. Cancellation, restriction of liability
In the event that the 15th Passive House Conference / PassiveHouse Basics Course must be cancelled, the participants will benotied immediately and will be reimbursed for the participation feealready paid. The liability of the organisers is limited to reimbursementof the paid participation fee only.
