It will be of 7 hour 30 minutes duration. The sylabus comprises of the following sections: 4, General English and verbal ability Intended to test the candidates’ understanding of the basic rules of grammar and English usage, this section will cover Pronouns, misplaced modifiers, subject-verb agreement, parallel construction, verbs, comparatives & idiomatic expression, vocabulary, synonyms & anonyms and sentence completion 2. Reading and comprehension Intended to assess candidates’ abilty to understand and analyze informaton presented in text and to also assess aspirants’ abilty to apply concepts & information presented in a passage to parallel sitvations, In this par, candidates will be provided one or more passages accompanied by sets of questions 3. Critical Reasoning and General intelligence Intended to assess asoirants’ ability to analyze arguments, find underlying assumptions, discern flaws in arguments & ascertain their validity. Its also intended to essess the candidates’ ability to critically evaluate statements & situations and their ability to use logic & general inteligence to draw inferences and make effective decisions. 4, Quantitative aptitude and numerical ability The section is intended to assess the quantitative aptitudes of the aspirants. I's objective is to evaluate aspirants’ understanding and abiity to apply the knowledge of basic mathematical concepts and the section vill have questions pertaining to Number system; HCF, LCM; time; speed: distance: ratios & proportions; sets; proft & loss; simple & compound interest. 5. Knowledge about current affairs and awareness about economic & business environments This section is intended to evaluate candidates’ abiity to possess general knowledge about current affairs.
