Job Description
Responsive Education Solutions (“ResponsiveEd”) is seeking a Chief Technology Officer 
who will be responsible for systems development, telecommunications, applied technology,technical services, data center operations, office services and strategic planning companywideand business decisions involving information technology. This includes the assessment andapplication of existing and new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness,development and vetting of preferred technology vendors, contract negotiations andperformance monitoring for Corporate and Campus staff.

The typical duties of this position will include (but are not limited to) the following:leadership and teamwork developmentstrong communication skills including the ability to articulate the technology visionat senior business levelsability to analyze complex technical options and present clear, concise andfinancially justified recommendations to senior managementtechnical governance and visionbusiness strategy and strategic planningbudget controlidentify and evaluate technologies and processes to recommend best solutionsevaluate industry trends and make recommendations to senior managementinfluence improvements to development processes and toolsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
at least 10 years of progressive experience in technologyat least 7 years of experience in information technology fieldat least 5 years in senior leadership roleMS/MBA desired
BA in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fieldstrong/superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilitystrong interpersonal/relationship management skills
