Abstract:
The well drilling process became very boring, requires a choice of the justified solution from a set possible.Because of major bulk received and treated data, originatingvastness of problem situations. The relevant value thus hasinformation supply of drilling process for a possibility of effectivehuman-engine acceptance of a solution. The complexity of operations at boring inclined, horizontal, sectional, on shelf of ocean - all this requires adequate reacting at operating (on-Line)control by well-studying process. The realization of computer-Aided control systems in many aspects depends on progress theapplicable computer for conducting conversation in aninteractive system of automated control.

NTRODUCTION
The work describes methods and means for processing, presentation, interpretation of On-line inclinometric data of drilling. But it should be noted that the problems of inclinometric data processing are not directly provided withmethods of recognition [1]. However, introduction of theseproblems follows, on the one hand, from a wish of a morecomplete coverage of drilling problems and importance inconnection with a growing interest particularly to slant andhorizontal drilling. On the other hand, evaluation of the resultsof actual drilling is also qualification, an appraisal of asituation as a very important part in decision-making.II.

ISCUSSION
In view of the above and applying basic methods andmathematical relationships for estimation of ultimate values of azimuth and zenith angles there were proposed methods andmeans for plotting the design and actual paths of wells inspace, in vertical and horizontal planes, their viewing fromdifferent sides, change of data for variation in a real time, and, consequently, for prediction of a path and On-line decision-making.A process of getting data on a spatial location of a bore-holeincludes two stages: obtaining of initial inclinometricinformation with the help of various technical means andprocessing of this information; and the role of processing israther high. The main objective of processing is determinationof a location of a bore-hole, and by applying an appropriatecalculation method we can obtain more accurate results withthe same number of measurement points. Differentmathematical methods for plotting of a bore-hole path by theresults of inclinometric measurements are available. Howeverthe problems of processing are much wider. The problems of On-line control are closely connected withthe problems of design of an optimal profile, and also with theproblems of On-line management of slant hole drilling. In fact, control and management can be considered as two subsystemsof a single system of control and management of a drillingprocess [2].The methods and means described in this paper enableresolution of the following problems of processing of inclinometric information and design problems:-

introduction of parameters of a design profile;-

calculation of a design profile of a bore-hole;-

introduction, arrangement and merging of data baseobtained in multiple measurements;-

accumulation of information on wells;-

control of a current location of a well bottom;-

plotting of horizontal and vertical views of a well;-

plotting of a bore-hole path in spatial coordinates (
x,y, z
);-

comparison of an actual bore-hole path with thedesign one and revealing of dangerous deviationsfrom a project;-

recommendations on a zenith angle and an azimuthfor connection by a straight line of the actual bore-hole bottom with the design one;-

Preparation of reports. For fulfilling of a project assignment for construction of awell, i.e., for drilling of a bore-hole along a design path withhitting the set point of penetration of a producing formationwith minimum deviations the technologist should have a

possibility of continuous monitoring of a bore-hole path andrevealing any deviations. Using such possibility a technologistcan take timely management decisions and on their basis makenecessary alterations in a controlled object [3] – a drillingprocess. The developed program in the Delphi environment makes itpossible to show the actual and design bore-hole paths bothprojected on a vertical and horizontal plane andaxonometrically (a spatial representation), to estimateparameters necessary for monitoring a bore-hole drilling, tocollect, store and present information.A module for interpretation of inclinometric data “Fig. 1”consists of three modules: an initial data input module; amodule for algorithmic calculations “Fig. 2”; an informationoutput module “Fig. 3”.

ONCLUSION
In this paper the following results were obtained:Developed, on the basis of the available mathematicalsoftware for processing of inclinometric data, is a program forshowing on a display of axonometric paths (Trajectory) of adesign and actual well, their turning around the vertical,

selection of projections to horizontal and vertical planes, scaling of selected parts of paths, changes of azimuth andzenith angles, prediction of these changes in relation to anassumed zone of hitting the assigned area of a path.R
