‡ The dimensions of the cricket pitch according to


the standards should have 21m length (22
yards) and 3m width.
‡ The radius of the outer ground must be 75 yards
from one end of the pitch. And so the radius of
the outer ground is 75m (150m diameter). The
fence of the cricket ground is around this
diameter.
‡ An allowance of 6m is given for drainage,
electricity, dugout etc.
‡ Total area of the stadium is 38,464m² i.e 9.5
‡ 12 entrances /exit are provided around the
circular stadium- 4.5m wide. The entrances are
provided in the N, NNE, ENE, E, ESE, SSE, S,
SSW, WSW, W, WNW, NNW

‡ The seating arena between entrances are


divided into zones A, B, C, D etc where the
spectators will be seated.

‡ The zones A and B are in between the two


entrance gate 1 and 11 and are exclusively
provided for the Player¶s, Team Owner¶s and
Manager¶s, BCCI and VIP¶s.
   

‡ Consist of eight rises.


‡ 5.0m wide hallway is given for air
circulation and easy exit in case of
emergency.
‡ consist of the 1st and 2nd Umpire¶s room
‡ The Press Box is placed to the left of the
Umpire¶s room.

the end of this flight for safety purpose.
‡ The 1st floor box arena consists of the 3rd
Umpire¶s room which is in line with the
pitch
‡ The Commentator¶s Box is provided to
the left of the Umpire¶s room.
‡ Other boxes such as President¶s Box,
Corporate Box, BCCI Box and Golden
Box are provided for the respective
people with their lounges.
‡ Hospitality is provided for each box.
‡ Locker room with Gym, Shower and
Lounge are for both the teams.
‡ Private Box (rental) and Golden suite are
also provided in this floor.
‡ Various Shops and Restaurants are
placed around the 1st floor
‡ The 1st floor has a capacity of 4000
spectators.

  

‡ Seating tiers consist seven rises.


‡ Spacing of 1.30m is provided with a railing
0.90m high for convenience and safety.
‡ This floor is ideal for huge halls such as
Conference Hall¶s, Wedding Hall, Cinema
Hall, Recreational Hall and Exhibition Hall.

‡ Spacing of 1.30m is given before the first
rise for convenience and safety.
‡ Spacing of 1.50m is given at the end of
the 12th rise with a 0.90m high railing for
safety.

spectators.
‡ The total capacity of the stadium is 27,000
