II.ARGUMENT
A.

toComplywithRequirementsforTimingofService.
TheCodeofCivilProcedureSection1005(c)statesinrelevantpari:(c)Notwithstandinganyotherprovisionofthissection,allpapersopposingamotionandallreplypapersshallbeservedbypersonaldelivery,facsimiletransmission,expressmail,orothermeansconsistentwithSections1010,1011,1012,and1013,
andreasonablycalculatedtoensuredeliverytotheotherpartyorpartiesnotlaterthanthecloseofthenextbusinessdayafterthetimetheopposingpapersorreplypapers,asapplicable,arefiled.
