Fitness Trainer
Brett Chepenik is a renowned fitness
trainer who is the president and
founder of Timed Exercise. This is
an innovative exercise program that
has been designed to improve the
fitness of any committed individual in
less than 30 minutes a day. The
program combines body and free
weight movements to create a high
intensity workout designed for each
individual to train at his or her
maximum level of effort.
Brett Chepenik is a passionate
fitness trainer who brings positive
difference in the lives of the people
both mentally and physically.Brett
Chepenik, during the last 15 years
has completed numerous
certifications in personal training and
has performed over 15,000 training
sessions. Many professional athletes
from the LPGA, SR PGA, NFL and
other professional leagues have
been trained by Mr. Chepenik
His background and experience
were the foundation for the program
design component of Timed
Exercise. Brett Chepenik has been
recognized as a 2004 Jacksonville
Business Journal “Up and Comer”,
an achievement given to those in the
community who are making an
influence or difference in their
industry.

Brett Chepenik is the president and
founder of Timed Exercise. A
graduate of Emory University’s
Goizueta Business School, he is
active in Donna Hicken Foundation
and several other local charities.
Brett Chepenik was acknowledged
as a 2004 Jacksonville Business
General “Up and Comer”, an
achievement given to those in the
community who are making an
impact or difference in their industry
or community
He is on the advisory Board for
Heritage University School of
Personal Training in Jacksonville;
FL. Mr. Chepenik has also appeared
on the Golf Channel for personal
training of Laura Diaz and has also
been featured on several periodicals
and television shows as a fitness
personality. A creator of the Warrior
X- Fit Fitness Program, he is also a
fitness personality for the local Fox
Action News Morning show.
