Probably the simplest of all methods, baking pork chops is easy and can yield some very
delicious results. Try a recipe for easy baked chops or have a finger-lickin' good time with honey
glazed!
Ingredients
6 pork chops
1 C. honey
3 Tbs. mustard
Directions
Mix honey and mustard well with a wire whisk. Pour over chops. Bake in a 350-degree oven for
1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve with a salad and rolls.

Place pork chops in deep baking dish. Mix soup, cider or apple juice, onion flakes, thyme, soy

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Scramble eggs in a glass or tin pie plate and put the bread
crumbs in another pie plate. One at a time, cover the pork chops thoroughly in the egg mixture

hour or until juices run clear.

6 pork chops
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoning salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C. all-purpose flour
2 C. Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
4 Tbs. olive oil
1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C. milk
1/3 C. white wine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with garlic powder and
seasoning salt to taste. Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl. Dredge the pork chops lightly in
flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumbs.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side,
or until the breading appears well browned. Transfer the chops to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and
cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. While baking, combine the cream of
mushroom soup, milk and white wine in a medium bowl. After the pork chops have baked for an
hour, cover them with the soup mixture. Replace foil, and bake for another 30 minutes

Coat pork chops with coating mix as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mix.
Place chops on a large baking pan. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until pork chops are cooked
through. Top chops with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until salsa is heated
and cheese is melted. Serve with additional salsa if desired.

1/2 C. water
1/3 C. light soy sauce
1/4 C. vegetable oil
3 Tbs. lemon pepper seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 pork loin chops, fat removed
Directions
In deep bowl mix all marinade ingredients. Marinate at least 2 hours. Remove from marinade
and cook over medium heat on greased grill about 15 minutes or until done.

Mix the first four ingredients. Reserve 1/4 C. of the marinade to brush on while grilling. Pour the
rest of the marinade over the pork chops, and refrigerate them for 2 hours, turning once in the
process. Grill the pork chops for approximately 20 minutes, turning them once and basting them.
What will give the dish even more zest is grilling melon slices along with the pork chops. Be
sure to brush some of the marinade on the melon, too. Serve with rice.

Directions
In a plastic container put the salt, sugar, peppercorns, and mustard powder. Add the hot vinegar
and swirl to dissolve. Let mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to develop flavor. Add ice cubes and
shake to melt most of the ice. Add chops and cover with brine. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove
chops from container and rinse. Cut horizontal pockets in each pork chop for stuffing. Combine
rest of ingredients, and put into piping bag that is not fitted with a tip. Pipe each chop full with
cornbread mixture. Grill the chops on medium high heat for 6 minutes on each side. Turn each
chop 45 degrees after 3 minutes to mark.

Mix salad dressing and salad dressing mix. Place chops on greased broiler pan 4 to 6 inches from
heat. Brush with 1/2 of the salad dressing mixture, turn. Broil 8 minutes. Brush with remaining

Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting and
pour the rest over pork chops in a large Ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.
Remove chops from marinade. Grill pork five inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning
once, to an internal temperature of 155-160 degrees. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.

In a small bowl, combine sherry or juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and pepper flakes; set aside. In
hot skillet, heat oil. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste; brown in oil. Pour sauce over
chops, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare noodles as directed on
package. Drain noodles, transfer to platter. Place pork chops on top of noodles. Cover to keep
warm. Stir together corn starch and water. Thicken the sauce remaining in the skillet by
gradually stirring in cornstarch mixture over low heat. Once thickened, pour sauce over chops
and noodles. Garnish with bell peppers and serve.

Trim the excess fat from the chops and use it to grease a large skillet. Over high heat, brown
each chop lightly on both sides. Salt and pepper each as it finishes and place it in the crockpot.

pork chops in mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet; cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side or

broth, pepper, thyme and 1/2 C. sour cream; pour over chops. Sprinkle with half of the onions.
