CHANGING REALITY WITH YOUR MIND
"Nothing can withstand the power of the human will if it iswilling to stake its very existence to the extent of its purpose."
Benjamin DisraeliPeter F. Drucker
What you have to do and the way you have to do it is incredibly simple. Whether you are willing to do it,that's another matter.Every judgment teeters on the brink of error. To claim absolute knowledge is to become monstrous.Knowledge is an unending adventure at the edge of uncertainty. (Frank Herbert)We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be. (Kurt Vonnegut)One of the greatest illusions about human nature is that the expression of grief will lead to a breakdown.
Quite the reverse.
No one has ever broken down nervously through the legitimate expression of anemotional reaction. The distortion, the concealment, the denial of our normal human feelings may well prove the breeding ground of delayed breakdowns. The truth is that we human beings are tough organismsand can withstand much rough handling. How absurd is that notion current in modern society that menand women must be safeguarded, coddled, and shielded against emotional outbursts. It is not thoseoutbursts which harm the human organism, but the complete avoidance of them, which scars and tears thefabric of the inner soul.

Religion is for those who are afraid of going to hell. Spirituality is for those who have already been there.
It's not that some people have willpower and some don't. It's that some people are ready to change andothers are not.
"The Kingdom will not come by waiting for it. It will not be a matter of saying 'Here it is' or 'There it is'. Rather, the Kingdom of the Father isspread out upon earth, and men do not see it. . . . Let him who seekscontinue seeking until he finds. When he finds, he will become troubled. When he becomes troubled, he will be astonished, and he will rule overall things." - Jesus
(from the gnostic Gospel of Thomas)The first phase of Man's Evolution has been to do with creating free thinking beingscapable of controlling their surroundings by purely physical means. The next great step in Man's Evolution is concerned with enabling these freethinking beings to control their surroundings and experiences by mental methods aswell as physical.
