System) make a central recruitment for all organization. JABCRAS will be the HUB between all
organizations. It will decrease the workload of each organization and can select a deserving
person from all dimensions i.e. skill and exposures. It will also provide a common platform for
interview to all candidates for any job of any organization. Due to JABCRAS unselected
candidates will be highly satisfied because most of the procedures will be automated. It will be
developed on SOA based architecture, so due to loosely coupled nature, new services can be
easily incorporated.
